What coverage means
A postcode in our directory means you can view and report outages there. It does not mean every outage will be detected: detection depends on people in that area reporting. No recent report does not prove the power is on.
Data sources
Postcodes: Australia Post postcode directory with ABS council-area (LGA) boundaries and coordinates. Network service areas: each distribution network’s published coverage, matched by council area (indicative at boundaries). Prices: indicative residential levels incl. GST. Phone numbers: official network, State Emergency Service and ombudsman websites (October 2026).
